Thanks Hasan. Though today I went and looked at Andy Budd’s site and now I feel jealous of his photography skill.
I tried a sharpening filter thing on the picture of Yo-Yo, but wasn’t quite satisfied with it. You probably are using better software than I am, though, because your version looks ok. The picture is overexposed anyway, the flash was too close, and getting a sharp picture is hard with kitties that like to move around! Though I never got so many out of focus shots with my SLR.
This was actually done with the GIMP! Someone wrote up a “Refocus” plug-in, and if you tinker with the “radius” setting you can get decent results. Best of all, it added nothing to the size of the file.

Really beautiful! I love the Yoyo pic…here’s the same image with some focus enhancement, thought you could use it.

Ha! I just thought of a good one, the plugin uses an algorithm to refocus…it’s “fuzzy math” (sorry).
