Why are all office environments always too cold? Especially in the warmer months? I’m sitting here with my jacket on and my fingers are like ice. What is wrong with the people who run office buildings?

I know!! What’s the point of buying cute summer clothes and open toed shoes when you have to wear a wool cardigan and knee socks at the office every day!? My coworker in the next cube and I both have space heaters running.
