Mini-vacation
I’m leaving this morning, going back to Illinois for five days. We’re having our little family reunion at Giant City State Park - should be fun, with swimming, hiking, fishing, horseback riding, plus visiting aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Is that where you’re from? I live in Chicago, and to me it’s like New York, in the fact that sometimes it seems that all there is to Illinois is Chicago, and to the state of New York - all there is is New York city.
Of course that theory is wrong - sometimes I forget Illinois is quite large - and there is much more to it, than just Chicago.

Actually, I’m from Champaign-Urbana. And I always felt like Chicago wasn’t really part of Illinois.
